I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shox Heat n Air! After my air unit went out, they came through and did a wonderful job getting me back up and running! Shox Dr, AKA Mr Shawki, Showed up on time and went through a thorough analysis and inspection of my AC units, troubleshooting all areas until he satisfactorily discovered the problem. He then repaired and serviced the system with great care. He was very professional, consulting the exact charts for my make and model to be sure he followed the manufacturers recommendations. He also added explanations for the things he was checking. In a short time he had our air conditioning systems fixed and providing cool comfort throughout the home. On Saturday morning of Easter weekend! What a relief for us! We will be using him again! I highly recommend him for your AC service and repair.! J.C

My air conditioning went out Early in the day So naturally I got in contact with him. He was busy on another job But told me he would come after. The job had him busy all the way until almost midnight. Yet he still Came to my house right after To get my air conditioning working. Definitely grateful.

Dr. Shox (Shawki) is an honest businessman with a strong work ethic. He goes above and beyond to both educate and repair the system. AC work can be a hassle, and I've been raked over the coals before. However, this company is transparent: you get more than what you pay for, you don't get up-sold unless it's a genuine recommendation, and you never end up Shoxed at the price.
Absolutely outstanding service! My AC went out during one of the hottest days of the year, and came through with quick, professional, and honest service. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the system back up and running in no time.
