He answered the phone personally. After telling him my issues, we scheduled a diagnostic visit. DR SHOX told me that the fix was very simple. A new part would need to be replaced. It would not require a new system at all. The best news is that he got it up and running and at a fraction of the original cost. He was detailed, professional, and his pricing was great.
